Parent Program Information
Together we can help your child have a fun, safe time at camp!
Rhythm and Blues Cambridge Summer Camps drop off times start at 9:00 am and the latest dismissal time is 4:00 pm. Children will not be allowed on program site before the start time stated above.
Items to Bring Everyday:
- Sunscreen
- Towel
- Hat
- Swimsuit (if applicable)
- Water Bottle (refillable)
- Lunch (will be provided)
- Snacks (will be provided)
- Change of Clothes
- Running Shoes
** Please dress your child in loose-fitting, comfortable clothes and in RUNNING SHOES, for active play and to ensure safety. All children should have hats and sunscreen already on before getting to the playground site, and in their backpacks as we are frequently outdoors.
** Please keep in mind that the child will be taking part in messy activities most days (water, paint, glue, etc.). Please send your child to camp prepared to participate in these activities. The water days are slotted into the calendar but occasionally, when the weather gets too hot, the leaders decide to play water games to cool off.
** Please notify the coordinator and all of the leaders of any allergies your child may have and any special direction pertaining to the allergy (dietary requests, epi-pen, administration of medication, etc.). It is up to the parent to ensure the child’s safety by informing leaders in the case of an allergy.
** Please label all belongings. Rhythm and Blues Cambridge is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
** Please DO NOT send any money, electronics or toys to camp.
** If your child will be absent from the summer camp, please email rhythmandbluescambridge@gmail.com before the program begins to notify us of your child’s absence.
